Welcome to BuyLikeRent. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, domain rental services, lease-to-own options, and related offerings.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Renter”, “you”) and BuyLikeRent (“we”, “us”, “our”). We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

BuyLikeRent provides a platform for renting premium domain names on a monthly or periodic basis, with optional lease-to-own arrangements. Services include domain access, DNS configuration assistance, usage monitoring, and related support.

We are not a domain registrar; all domains remain registered in our (or our partners’) name during the rental/lease period.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account and Registration

To rent or lease a domain, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Rental and Lease-to-Own Terms

Rental Payments

Rental fees are due in advance (monthly, quarterly, or as specified). Payments are processed via secure third-party providers.

We do not store full credit/debit card details on our servers.

Lease-to-Own Option

Where offered, a portion of rental payments may contribute toward eventual purchase (option to buy). The purchase price, credit terms, and final ownership transfer are specified per domain agreement. Exercise of the option is at your discretion unless otherwise stated as a mandatory lease-purchase.

Domain Control & DNS

During the active paid period, you receive control over DNS settings and use of the domain for your website/content. We retain ultimate ownership and registration rights.

6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use rented/leased domains only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):

• Spam, phishing, malware distribution, or illegal content
• Adult content, gambling, firearms/weapons sales (unless pre-approved)
• Infringing intellectual property rights of third parties
• Any activity that could damage the domain’s value or our reputation

We monitor usage and may suspend or terminate access immediately upon detection of misuse, without refund.

7. Vetting & Approval

We reserve the right to vet all rental/lease applicants. Approval is at our sole discretion. We may request additional information or deny service without explanation.

8. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

• Non-payment
• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse or illegal activity
• At our discretion for protection of the platform/domains

Upon termination, domain control reverts immediately to us. No refunds for partial periods unless otherwise stated.

9. Ownership & No Transfer

The domain remains our property at all times during rental/lease. You acquire no ownership rights until (and only if) a lease-to-own purchase is fully completed and title transferred.

You may not sub-rent, assign, or transfer your rights without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyLikeRent is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of our services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the domain, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised version here with an updated date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
